January 2014

I'm officially back making home-made veggie based soups with lentils and barley.

Actually enjoying not having my stomach feeling it's going to burst with the pain of filling it up to the brim.

Just read:  Cutting down on vegetables such as broccoli and cabbage can reduce bloating, gas and belching.  So what the heck can you fill up on!  Ok, all veggies except broccoli and cabbage!

What a life . . .

Snack a Jacks

What ever you do, don't buy Salt & Vinegar flavour.  They are so so so salty, you're going to be drinking forever.  Disgusting.
